Organic Dessicated Coconut

Dried coconut comes in many forms. Let's look at the three main varieties...
- Flaked Coconut... large flakes of dried coconut
- Shredded Coconut... grated as if you used the larger holes of a grater
- Grated Coconut... finely grated as if you used the smallest holes of a grater
"Word of caution: Most dessicated or grated coconut found in stores is sweetened unnecessarily, since coconut is naturally sweet to start with."
Our dessicated coconut is shaved, meaning slightly larger flakes than you normally find. Also, it is pure, unsweetened, organic natural coconut... no additives or preservatives... as it should be :)
